Blue vervane is a well known herb that is known for helping with anxiety and insomnia. Also known for its bitter taste, a few drops in fruit juice can go a long ways in times of anxiety and worry or stress. This tincture is made with ariel  pieces of the plant (Leaves, flowers) and 80 proof vodka. Gluten free.
