This small batch roasted Brazil is a perfect everyday morning cup of coffee. it has a smooth mouthfeel and the light roast brings out the notes of honey, barley and dried apple. It has a chocolately finish and a creamy body. Great for both drip coffee and espresso.
 
All of our coffes are light roasted, but other roast levels can be requested. medium may be better for espresso.
